Use of Good Practices
We use best practice frameworks, methodologies and guidelines that are appropriate for the assignment at hand. This enables general acceptance by being consistent with accepted good practices and standards that are independent of specific vendor technologies/methodologies.
Business focussed
Our services are business oriented and not merely IT based. We are business focussed for alignment between business and IT goals. Our eye is on the bigger picture and enterprise wide. We work with stakeholders within the IT department and outside it to ensure communication at all levels. Our desire for our clients is that they should use information technology to drive their stakeholders' value while managing associated risks.
The DualShore business model
Our DualShore strategy means that on most assignments we use a blended UK/India team to deliver solutions. The UK team looks after the client interface, governance, architecture, portfolio, programme and project oversight, solution requirements (plus design input) and the QA. The India team carries out detailed programme management, sets up a programme management office and works as per guidelines. We work with carefully selected teams that bring specialist skills to the table.
This means that we leverage the strengths of both locations and therefore offer superb financial value. This fit for purpose approach means that each project is evaluated and the resource split is established accordingly. Thus many projects will lend themselves to a totally local solution and some to a mostly offshore solution. The vast majority of projects however, can benefit from this DualShore approach.
